All services provided by HyprPixl and HyprSites are custom and delivered on a project or milestone basis.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope of work completed. No refunds are provided for completed work or delivered milestones.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date remains billable.

Ongoing subscriptions or retainers may be canceled before the next billing cycle.
